Return window
Return window placeholder: return requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery unless a different period is required by the product, supplier, manufacturer, or applicable rules. This period should be reviewed before launch.
Product condition
Products should be unused, undamaged, complete with accessories, and returned in their original packaging and condition. Products that are used, missing accessories, physically damaged, or returned without packaging may not be accepted unless the issue is due to a confirmed defect or wrong item.
Electronics warranty
Warranty and repair handling for electronics products follows the supplier or manufacturer policy. Some products may need inspection by the supplier or authorized service center before replacement, repair, or refund guidance is provided.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact support with the order number, photos or video of the package/product, and a clear description of the issue. We will review the case and advise the next step, such as replacement, return pickup, repair direction, or refund guidance.
Return requests
Return requests should include the order number, product name, SKU if available, delivery date, reason for return, and customer contact information.
Approval process
Each request is reviewed before approval. Approval may depend on product condition, warranty terms, supplier/manufacturer rules, and whether the issue can be verified.
